We don’t use templates. Every page is uniquely designed in Figma, with a focus on high-end layouts, storytelling, and professional print standards. We also offer AerEthos Vision - an interactive feature that brings your yearbook pages to life with video.

Nope, we don't believe in minimum orders because every year group is different.

Students pay directly with Aerethos, so not to mess with school accounts. This keeps the process incredibly simple for schools and students alike.

No hidden fees. Delivery and VAT are included in your proposal.

We use professional printers in Dublin, Ireland for our EU & Ireland schools, and we use a printer in the UK who specialise in high-end books for schools in London, and New York City.

Typically 2–3 weeks after design approval.

We work with established printers, provide proofs, and check colour calibration.

Yes — we can arrange reprints any time.

Minimal — we handle the design. Staff usually only send photos, names, and messages.

AerEthos handles the design. Schools can give feedback at draft stages.

Schools usually collect the yearbook main headshots and send them. If needed, we can guide the process. Students work with us directly to provide us with the 3,000+ images on average in a yearbook.

Yes — you’ll receive a digital proof to review and approve.

Corrections are possible before printing. After printing, changes would require a reprint.

All files are stored securely via Microsoft Onedrive and deleted after project completion.

Yes — you can order individually if your school allows direct orders.

Yes — if your school opts for that system.

Yes — personalisation can be arranged at extra cost.

Extra copies may be available, but ordering early guarantees your book.

Yes — AerEthos Vision allows a digital companion with video features.

We work with schools to ensure photo permissions are in place before design begins.

We’ll exclude that student from photos as requested.

Vision videos are hosted securely and only accessible via the yearbook.
