What We Collect
Everything we need, gathered simply.
Once your school confirms, we handle the rest. Each student fills out one simple Google Form to provide their details, and we guide them through sending photos. Teachers can also contribute content if they wish.
Students provide their name, quote, and a short reflection, the words that capture their year.
From team shots to candid memories, students choose the images that tell their story. We help ensure quality and consistency.
Awards, roles, and milestones can be highlighted so every student’s contributions are remembered.
Staff and class groups are encouraged to add their photos, stories, and highlights - enriching the yearbook for everyone.
