The Problem

The industry
hadn't changed
in thirty years.

Every other yearbook company does the same thing: they hand a school a login to a design tool, a deadline, and a phone number. Then they wait.

Teachers — already stretched across every responsibility a school has — end up spending weeks designing pages, chasing students for photos, and managing a project they never wanted to run. The result is a book that looks like what it is: made by people who had a hundred other things to do.

AerEthos was built to make that entire experience disappear.

“Every school that has worked with AerEthos says the same thing: they kept waiting for the part where they had to do something. That part never came.”

The Process

Eight steps.
Seven are ours.

The only step that belongs to your school is the final proof sign-off. Everything before and after is handled entirely by AerEthos.

01OnboardingWeek 1
We provide everything your school needs to communicate the yearbook — deadline docs, parent templates, student guides. All questions come to us, not you.
02Student outreachWeek 1–2
Students hear about their yearbook from the people making it, not from a notice on a board. That changes the energy around the whole thing entirely.
03Content collectionWeeks 2–8
We chase late submissions, flag quality issues, and format everything as it arrives. No last-minute scramble when the deadline hits.
04Design beginsWeeks 4–10
No templates. Every page is built individually, then made cohesive across the book. The result looks like a publication, not a school project.
05Staged previewsWeeks 8–12
Feedback is incorporated in real time. Nothing builds up to a single revision panic at the end.
06Full proofWeek 12–14
This is your one real decision point in the entire process. Nothing goes to print without your approval.
07Print & productionWeeks 14–16
Our printer works exclusively with AerEthos. The same standard is guaranteed on every run, every year.
08DeliveryWeek 16
Students have their book. Parents see what was made for their child. That's the moment everything becomes worth it.

What schools say
“I kept waiting for the part where we had to do something. That part never came.”
Deputy Principal · Partner School
Our previous yearbook nearly broke our student committee. This year it was completely effortless.
Year Head · Partner School
The Vision feature made students actually want to hold the physical book. That's not something you can plan for.
TY Coordinator · Partner School
The students were more excited about this than anything else that happened all year.
Deputy Principal · Waterpark College

Common questions

Every concern, answered honestly.

The concern
We don't have time to organise a yearbook.
Our answer
That's exactly why AerEthos exists. After your first conversation with us, your workload is essentially zero until you review the final proof in spring. We run everything — student contact, content collection, design, production, delivery. You don't organise the yearbook. We do.
What we need from you

The full list. It's short.

In the first week of onboarding, this is everything AerEthos needs from your school.

A main contact
One staff member — year head or TY coordinator — who can forward queries and sign off the final proof. Average total commitment: under 3 hours across the whole project.
Student list
Names and class groups so we can structure the book from day one. All data is handled under strict GDPR compliance — we have specific protocols for students under 18.
Key dates
Graduation date, any end-of-year events, and preferred delivery window. We build the timeline around your school calendar.
That's it
Everything else — student outreach, content collection, design, production, delivery — is handled entirely by AerEthos. There is no step four for your school.
