Your school pays a one-time onboarding fee to cover setup, coordination, and the dedicated AerEthos account management team assigned to your year. That's your school's only direct cost.

Sponsorship & Fundraising

Bring the price down
without cutting the book.

Local businesses are usually glad to back the school they sit beside. A handful of sponsors can take several euro off every student's copy — or fund the book outright, so families pay nothing at all.

Option 01

Sponsors lower the price

Sponsorship income is deducted from the per-student price before students order. Nobody is asked for money twice, and every student pays the reduced price whether or not their family found the sponsor.

Option 02

The school keeps the difference

Or the price stays where it is and the sponsorship goes to the school as funds raised. We invoice the sponsors, handle the artwork, and pass the balance on. Some schools use it for the graduation night itself.

DEIS schools

The school's cost is the same either way

Because students buy their own copies, a DEIS school faces exactly the same limited upfront cost as any other — the onboarding fee, which is waived entirely before 31 October. Where the school portion still needs flexibility, we arrange timing or a payment plan. Sponsorship can also cover it in full.

ETB schools

No tender, no extra administration

AerEthos operates within ETB procurement frameworks, so an ETB school can work with us without additional tendering. Grange Community College, an ETB-administered school in Dublin, is enrolled for the Class of 2027 — proof it is not a barrier. A full DPA is available for your data protection officer.

Yes — the per-copy price is based on a year group of approximately 90 students. Schools with fewer students may see a slightly higher per-copy rate; schools with more students may benefit from a lower rate. Every school receives a tailored quote before committing to anything.

The school pays a one-time onboarding fee: €299 for new schools, €199 for returning schools. That's your school's only direct cost. Students purchase their own copies directly from AerEthos — the school does not collect or handle money for books.

Students who want a copy order it independently. You don't need 100% participation. The per-copy price is based on your total year group size, not just the number of students who order.

Vision is a permanent digital memory hub embedded in the hardback yearbook via an NFC chip in the cover. One tap with any smartphone unlocks a photo and video archive, the class playlist, an alumni directory, and more — all hosted for a minimum of 30 years. No app. No subscription. Vision is only available as a year-group purchase with hardback editions.

Vision must be selected before the order is finalised, as the NFC chips are embedded during production. It cannot be added retroactively.

The onboarding fee covers your dedicated AerEthos account coordinator, the student submission portal setup, design onboarding for your school's branding and brief, and all project management through to delivery. It's a one-time fee — not an annual fee.

From sign-on to delivery is typically 10–14 weeks. We work to your school's calendar and agree a timeline at the start of the project. Delivery is always before the end of the academic year.

Absolutely. The school's direct cost is limited to the onboarding fee. We also offer flexible payment timing to accommodate your school's budget cycle. Get in touch and we'll find a structure that works.

No. AerEthos operates within ETB procurement frameworks. We already work with ETB-administered schools. There's no additional tendering or administrative burden required on your end.
