AerEthos is officially partnering with Trinity School, one of New York's most prestigious educational institutions — a two-year commitment to elevating what memory-making can be, and what a yearbook can mean.

This isn't just a business announcement. It's validation of a vision we've held since day one — that yearbooks can be so much more than what the industry has accepted for decades.
Here's what most people don't know about the yearbook industry: it's a market worth over a billion dollars annually, spanning 136,000 schools in the US alone, with over 20 million students — yet it has been dominated by the same three or four legacy companies for over 20 years. All offering variations on the exact same approach.
Templates. Standard processes. Minimal innovation. Yearbooks that could belong to any school, made to any specification, with no soul. Schools have accepted “that's just how it's always been done.”
When we founded AerEthos in 2023, we asked a different question: What if a yearbook could actually tell your story? What if design wasn't an afterthought, but the entire foundation? What if memory-making was treated with the artistry and intention it genuinely deserves?
We spent three years proving this in Ireland. And then, last summer, while working in New York, I started meeting with school leaders on my days off — not because I had to, but because I believed AerEthos could be something global. That's how Trinity found us.
Trinity School is exceptional. Their leadership didn't just want another yearbook vendor — they wanted a partner who could elevate what memory-making means for their students.
After 10+ months of genuine collaboration, they believed we could deliver that. And it was worth every meeting, every conversation, every iteration. Because when it comes to students' memories, getting it right matters infinitely more than getting it fast.
In choosing to partner with a small Irish team over established American providers, Trinity took a risk. They saw what AerEthos was building and believed a fundamentally different approach was possible. Here is what sets us apart.
Every AerEthos yearbook is designed specifically for the school, the students, and the community it serves. We don't use templates. We don't recycle layouts. Your yearbook looks like your school because it was built for your school — every page, every spread, every detail reflecting your community's unique character.
Every AerEthos yearbook comes with integrated NFC-enabled digital archiving — a living, interactive memory that students can access, share, and revisit for a lifetime. It's not a PDF. It's not a flipbook. It's a genuinely modern approach to preserving and sharing the moments that matter.
We treat yearbooks as a design challenge. What makes a yearbook beautiful? What makes it meaningful? What makes students actually want to open it, keep it, and return to it years later? For decades, yearbooks have been treated as a logistics problem. We treat them as an art form.
We work with schools, not for them. From initial concept through final delivery, we're collaborating with your community to understand your story and tell it beautifully. That's why Trinity's partnership took ten months to finalise — because getting it right was worth more than getting it fast.
Beginning with Upper and Middle School yearbooks for the Class of 2027, we'll scale to all three divisions from 2027/28 onward — a two-year commitment that allows us to grow alongside Trinity's vision. This isn't a standard yearbook project. This is AerEthos bringing our full vision to one of America's most respected institutions.
“Our ambition has always been global. Trinity School is proof that it's achievable — that a small Irish team with a clear vision can compete not on scale or legacy, but on authenticity and design excellence.”
This summer, AerEthos will be based in New York, working intensively with Trinity School to bring our full vision to life. But this is just the beginning. We're exploring partnerships across the US education landscape with schools that share our belief that memory-making deserves better.
The US yearbook market is massive, but it is also ripe for disruption. Legacy players have become comfortable with their position. Innovation has stalled. And then Trinity School said no — they saw what AerEthos was building and believed a different approach was possible. That belief matters enormously to us, not just for business, but because it validates what we've always known: schools want something better, and they're willing to invest in it when they find it.
We are not here to compete on scale or price. We are here because we believe memory-making matters, design matters, and every school deserves a yearbook that reflects who they actually are.
Thank you for taking a chance on us. Your leadership, your vision for what education and memory-making can be, and your openness to a completely different approach made this possible. You didn't just hire a vendor — you partnered with a vision. We're honoured beyond measure, and we will not let you down.
You are at the heart of everything we do. This yearbook is for you — a time capsule of your friendships, your achievements, your inside jokes, your moments that matter. You deserve a yearbook that actually reflects who you are, designed with intention and care. We're committed to creating something you'll treasure for a lifetime.
Thank you for trusting us with your students' memories when we were just starting out. You believed in AerEthos when we were learning, growing, and refining our craft. Your partnership is the foundation of everything we've built, and it remains our priority. This US expansion is built on the strength of our work together, and we remain deeply committed to you and to the Irish education sector. You made this possible.
AerEthos is, at its core, one person with a vision — built night by night, school by school, page by page. To every person who has listened, encouraged, challenged, or simply believed it was possible: this partnership is as much yours as it is mine. Thank you.
Founded in 1709, Trinity School is one of New York City's oldest and most distinguished independent schools — a pre-K through Grade 12 institution on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with a tradition of academic excellence and a deep commitment to the whole person.
Trinity has shaped generations of remarkable individuals across its three-century history, maintaining a reputation for intellectual rigour, artistic depth, and genuine community. In partnering with AerEthos, Trinity brings that same standard of care to the way its students' memories are made and preserved.
AerEthos was founded in Waterford, Ireland in 2023 with one conviction: that school memory-making deserves the same intention and craft as the education itself.
Having built partnerships with leading Irish schools — including Waterpark College — we are now bringing our bespoke design philosophy and proprietary digital archiving technology to the United States, beginning with Trinity School, New York.
We'd love to show you what AerEthos could look like for your school. Book a consultation and let's build something extraordinary together.
