- 20 November 2026: schools confirming by this date have the onboarding fee waived, where at least 80% of the year group takes part.
- 21 January 2027: final AerEthos sign-up for the Class of 2027 closes.

What the year head needs to decide

What the school actually has to do
With a managed service the school's part is small: a 20-minute kickoff call and a 30-minute sign-off. AerEthos collects each student's page content through a portal, designs every page, runs proofs, prints and delivers.
