A short call with the year head or whoever runs the yearbook. We listen first.
A PDF or a photo of a few spreads is enough. We use it as a style reference, not a template.
We open the student portal, agree the timeline and start collecting each student's page content.
A 30-minute sign-off, then print and delivery at least a week before graduation.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need to cancel anything with our current provider?
Check your current agreement, if you have one, for notice terms. AerEthos does not need anything from your current provider to start. You decide when to tell them.
Will the book look like last year's?
Only if you want it to. Last year's book is a style reference, not a template. We design every book around the school's own identity.
How much staff time will switching take?
A 20-minute kickoff call and a 30-minute sign-off. We handle student content collection, design, proofing, print and delivery.
What does it cost?
List prices per student are on the pricing page and the school pays nothing for the books. The onboarding fee is €299 for new schools, waived for Class of 2027 schools confirming by 20 November 2026 where at least 80% of the year group takes part.
What is the deadline?
Final sign-up for the Class of 2027 closes 21 January 2027. Books are guaranteed at least one week before graduation.
