Photos and quotes are the part of a yearbook that slips. A few habits make it much easier.

Seven ways to speed it up

  • One submission route, not email, WhatsApp and paper
  • A short, clear list of what you need
  • A real deadline, announced early
  • A reminder at the halfway point and again two days before
  • A preview so students can see their page
  • A form class competition for first completion
  • A single person who answers questions
Want your yearbook made for you?AerEthos designs every page. Your staff give about an hour in total.

What not to do

  • Do not accept photos from five places
  • Do not extend the deadline silently
  • Do not promise changes after sign-off

Let us do the chasing

AerEthos runs a student portal for each school. Students upload their own content, and we handle the reminders and the follow-up, so your staff do not have to.
