Local businesses like supporting local schools, and the yearbook is a keepsake that stays in homes for decades. That makes sponsorship a good fit.

Who to ask

  • Businesses owned by past pupils or parents
  • Shops, cafés and trades near the school
  • Local clubs and community groups
Want your yearbook made for you?AerEthos designs every page. Your staff give about an hour in total.

What to offer

  • A thank-you line or logo in the book
  • A short, tasteful ad on a dedicated page
  • A mention at the graduation event

How to ask

Keep the ask short: who you are, what the book is, how many copies will be in homes, and the exact thing you are offering. Put it in a one-page letter and follow up in person.

Work out the numbers

Our pricing page has a sponsorship calculator that shows how local support could offset costs for a year group.
