AerEthos vs BookPrint.ie: the full scorecard.
BookPrint.ie is a Dublin print-on-demand shop that quotes from €199. AerEthos designs the entire book, publishes every price and guarantees delivery. Here is the side-by-side, from their own public pages.
AerEthos covers 7 of 7. BookPrint.ie covers 1.
We scored both on seven things every school needs from a yearbook partner, using only what each company states on its own public website. BookPrint.ie: print-on-demand printing with a designer mockup. Customisation is about paper, binding and size. AerEthos: we run the whole thing, and over the past year schools that were using other providers have moved to us.

What BookPrint.ie does not tell you
- A price per student for any edition.
- A student content process: who collects the photos and quotes.
- A delivery guarantee ahead of graduation.
- Who pays: the school or the students.
- A digital archive.
Where AerEthos wins, every time
- We design every page. Your staff give a 20-minute kickoff call and a 30-minute sign-off, and that is it.
- Every student gets their own designed page, with their quote and their photos.
- Every price per student is published. You can compare before you ever speak to us.
- Students order and pay AerEthos directly. Your office never collects a cent.
- Delivery is guaranteed in writing: at least one week before graduation.
- Vision: an NFC chip in the cover opens a private digital archive of the year on any phone. No app, no login.
Schools are moving to AerEthos
Over the past year, schools that were using other yearbook providers have moved to AerEthos. They did not move for a lower price. They moved because their staff were tired of building the book, and because they wanted a premium finish with a delivery date they could trust.

For students and parents
Students: you get a full page that is yours, designed by us with your quote and your photos, and you buy your own copy directly. Parents: the school does not collect money, there is one clear published price per edition, and personalised goods like yearbooks are exempt from the 14-day EU withdrawal right, as set out in our terms. Frequently asked questions
What does BookPrint.ie charge for a yearbook?
Its page says custom prints start at €199 and does not give a price per student. AerEthos publishes every price. AerEthos list prices per student are Classic softback €30, hardback €33; Signature softback €35, hardback €40; Legacy €50. With the Vision digital archive they are Classic €38, Signature €45 and Legacy €60. The school pays nothing for the books: students buy their own copies.
Does BookPrint.ie design the book?
Its page lists bespoke designing and says designers curate a mockup. It does not describe collecting each student's content or designing a page for every student. AerEthos does both.
Is a print shop enough for a yearbook?
A print shop prints what you give it. A yearbook also needs content collection, a page for every student, proofing and a delivery date the school can rely on. AerEthos handles all of that.
The rest of the field
A design tool, not a design service. Your staff build the book, chase the photos and fix the proofs.
